Videographer will be responsible for converting footage to 60 fps using Twixtor Pro. If Videographer is unable to convert the footage, videographer will be deducted 25% of pay.

Videographer Misses the Wedding.

Videographer will be responsible for calling the bride and apologizing. Videographer will be responsible for reimbursing the total package price.

Lead Videographer loses any footage from Wedding.

Videographer will be responsible for calling the bride and apologizing. Videographer will be deducted 100% pay. Videographer may pay back the due balance in the form of filming future weddings.

Footage from 2nd Shooter is Shaky or Missing Sound.

Videographer will be deducted 75% of pay. If payment has already been made, videographer will be responsible for returning 75% of payment within 30 days.
